Terms of Service

1. The service

Avexio is a hosted AI marketing workspace. You can create a business profile, generate posts, images, and short videos, organize content, and optionally connect supported third-party social or platform accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, Pinterest, and YouTube) so you can authorize destinations and, where available in the product, publish or schedule content at your direction.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by teammates you invite on an Agency workspace.

3. Plans and billing

Current monthly plans in the product are:

• Starter — $69 per month, 50 AI posts, 50 image credits, 10 video credits.
• Professional — $129 per month, unlimited AI posts subject to fair usage, 150 image credits, 30 video credits. The Professional plan includes a content calendar and scheduling. Those tools are also available in the current product on other plans; this description does not make them exclusive to Professional.
• Agency — $249 per month, unlimited AI posts subject to fair usage, 500 image credits, 100 video credits, multiple businesses, team invitations, and a white-label foundation.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Owners and admins can change plans or cancel from Avexio billing and the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until that period ends. These terms do not promise refunds, credits for unused time, or chargeback outcomes.

4. Credits and fair usage

Image and video credits are monthly allowances tied to your plan. Starter workspaces also have a monthly AI post limit. Professional and Agency workspaces may generate posts without a hard numeric cap, subject to fair usage so the service remains available for other customers. Avexio may investigate or limit abusive automation, but these terms do not define a hidden numeric post cap beyond what the product currently enforces.

If an AI video generation fails, Avexio may return the video credit where the product is implemented to do so. Publishing to connected social platforms does not consume AI credits.

5. AI-generated content

Avexio uses third-party AI providers. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your brand or for a given social network. You must review, edit, and approve content before you Mark Ready, schedule, download, or publish it. Avexio does not guarantee marketing results, uniqueness, or that generated content is free of third-party claims.

You may use content generated for your workspace in your own marketing. These terms do not grant a broader intellectual-property warranty than that product behavior.

6. Third-party platforms and publishing

If you connect a supported third-party platform, you authorize Avexio to use the permissions you grant to list available destinations, maintain the connection, and—where the product supports it—publish or schedule content you explicitly request to destinations you select. Platform availability, APIs, and policies can change. Features may be delayed, limited, or unavailable when a provider is down, when authorization expires or is revoked, or when your workspace is not eligible for a given publishing capability.

You must have the right to operate the destinations you connect. You are responsible for the content Avexio publishes or schedules on your behalf and for complying with each platform’s terms and policies (including Meta, X, Pinterest, and Google/YouTube terms where applicable). Current YouTube uploads through Avexio are Private when that feature is available for your workspace. By using Avexio’s YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You can disconnect supported platforms from Social Connections in Avexio. You may also revoke authorization with the provider (for example, in your Google Account for YouTube). Disconnecting or revoking authorization can stop or limit publishing through Avexio for that connection. Publication history and related operational records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. 7. Agency and teams

Agency plans can include multiple businesses, member invitations, and a white-label foundation (display name, logo, support email, and related presentation). Custom domains, SSO, and reseller billing are not part of the current service.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Avexio to generate or publish unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to attempt to extract hidden system instructions, or to interfere with the service. The product includes limited safety filtering; it is not a complete compliance or legal review.

9. Service availability

Avexio depends on third-party providers. Generation times, publishing, and analytics may be delayed or unavailable. These terms do not include an uptime or support response SLA, guaranteed response time, resolution time, or other service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Changes and contact
